THE LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD (LSP)

‘Our hands know’: the method is based on the principle that our hands are directly connected to 70-80% of our brain cells, enabling richer and more intuitive thinking than verbalisation alone.

Metaphorical Process: participants build 3D models representing their ideas, challenges or visions, creating tangible metaphors that facilitate the expression of complex or abstract concepts.

Participatory Equality: each person builds individually before sharing, ensuring that all voices are heard, including those of introverts or people who are less comfortable with verbal expression.

The method has multiple applications in business. While innovation and creativity are the applications that naturally come to mind, the method also applies to topics such as strategy, vision, complex problem solving and change management.
