Coaching helps you define an objective.
Then, it offers a reassuring framework where you can grow with serenity and confidence.
It starts from a fundamental belief: you already have the skills needed to achieve your objectives.
Therefore, coaching pushes you to change and step into your learning zone.
A method then remains essential to be sure of the relevance of your approach. For this we add training and consulting.

Training
Training allows you to connect new skill acquisition to your specific objective.
It becomes meaningful when there’s a genuine need and therefore becomes relevant in personal practice (supported and revealed by coaching).
But sometimes, just as a New Year’s resolution that never sticks, your enthusiasm can fade, and your willpower decreases. You therefore never put all of your knowledge into practice, and it often ends up on a shelf.
Combined with coaching and consulting, your training becomes personalized and immediately applicable.

Consulting
Consulting accelerates your progress toward your objective.
Sometimes you don’t need to develop a new skill, since this one may be needed for rare occasions only.
Therefore, consulting is the perfect solution to provide optimal project-focused guidance.
However, on its own, it won’t foster autonomy, since it will not teach you how to exploit the framework and methods put in place.
But combined with coaching and training, consulting enables us to shorten the trial-and-error cycle in finding the solution and fast-track performance.
