James Fischer developed the 7-stage business development model. The 7 stages of growth are based on a six-year study of successful entrepreneurial companies in Colorado’s Front Range and California’s Silicon Valley, and on interviews with more than 650 CEOs to understand and decipher the patterns, behaviours and characteristics associated with business growth.
