03 — OUR RESPONSE

Le projet QVCJ® méristHemE — accompagner les 16-26 ans (visuel du projet)

The QVCJ® Project (Launch in France)

Inspired by QVCT, which provides a framework for improving daily life at work, QVCJ® offers young people 6 areas to better understand their environment, structure their daily lives, and build their future.

THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

“Supporting young people today to ensure the democratic, economic, and environmental vitality of tomorrow’s society.”

A blended initiative that combines collective workshops, individual follow-up, and — eventually — a digital tool, pairing a life skills training dimension with an action-oriented coaching approach.

At méristHemE, we do not offer ready-made solutions. We help individuals develop their capacity for analysis, decision-making, and action.

All our support frameworks— for companies or young people — are based on the same three-stage pedagogical progression.

  • OUR SUPPORT PHILOSOPHY

A pedagogical progression
in three stages

1

STAGE 1 / 3

Sensitize

  • Create awareness
  • Share a common language
  • Understand the challenges

2

STAGE 2 / 3

Familiarize

  • Discover tools

  • Experiment

  • Progressively develop skills

3

STAGE 3 / 3

Support

  • Transform learning over the long term
  • Maintain momentum
  • Foster continuous improvement
