Neuro-linguistic Programming
Developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s in the United States, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a body of knowledge and practices based on modeling that enables individuals to evolve in terms of communication and change.
NLP studies how individuals learn, think, communicate, act, and change to achieve their desired outcomes. From these studies, tools have emerged that facilitate task completion and result attainment.
At the WHY level: this is the level of meaning that connects individuals’ actions with their noblest aspirations. This attitude is one of open-mindedness driven by a tenacious desire to succeed, a determination to seize the opportunity to learn and experiment.
At the HOW level: this is the level of methodologies, encompassing processes and procedures that enable the acquisition and application of knowledge and values.
At the WHAT level: this is the level of techniques and tools that allow us to organize and reorganize information, and to enhance our perceptual and linguistic talents to achieve desired results.
