          When registering, the user undertakes to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information about themselves and their civil status. The user must also regularly check their personal data to ensure that it remains accurate. <\/span><\/p>

          Users must therefore provide a valid email address, to which the website will send confirmation of their registration for its services. An email address cannot be used more than once to register for services. <\/span><\/p>

          Any communication made by meristheme.com and its partners is therefore deemed to have been received and read by the user. The user therefore undertakes to regularly check the messages received at this email address and to respond within a reasonable time if necessary. <\/span><\/p>

          Only one registration for the site’s services is permitted per individual.<\/span><\/p>

          The user is assigned a username allowing them to access a space reserved for them (hereinafter “Personal Space”), in addition to entering their password.<\/span><\/p>

          The username and password can be changed online by the user in their Personal Space. The password is personal and confidential, and the user undertakes not to disclose it to third parties. <\/span><\/p>

          meristheme.com reserves the right to refuse any request to register for its services in the event of non-compliance by the user with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use.<\/span><\/p>


          1. <\/span> UNSUBSCRIBING<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            Registered users may unsubscribe at any time by visiting the dedicated page in their Personal Space. Any unsubscription from the site will take effect after the user has completed the form provided for this purpose, within the following period: 3 days. <\/span><\/p>


            1. <\/span> DELETION OF THE PERSONAL SPACE AT THE INITIATIVE OF THE SITE PUBLISHER<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
